- Order Processing Times Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. Orders that are received after 5 pm will be processed the next day.
- Shipping Costs We have done everything we can to provide the lowest shipping costs to our customers.
- Tariffs, Taxes, Duty and VAT If you live outside of Canada, any of these charges can be added to your package when it arrives in your country. We have no control over this. None of these additonal charges are included in the shipping amount you paid for your order. Please note that Night Owl Woodturning is NOT responsible for these charges. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges levied on your packages. Night Owl Woodturning will not accept receipt of orders returned due to non-payment of these charges.
- Order Tracking Details After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including tracking information and who to contact in case of lost packages.
- Local Pick Up If you live near the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), you can pick up your order from our location. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
- Returns and Exchanges Returns will only be accepted if a product was damaged during shipping. Please contact [email protected]. We do not accept products for exchange unless there was an error on our part in fulfilling your order.
- Potential Service Interruptions Orders can take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.
