What woods are your products made from?
Our products are crafted from a variety of hardwoods including: oak, maple, purpleheart, walnut, ebony and more.

What type of finish do you use on your products?
Our products are sealed with shellac prior to sanding, then finished with natural wood oils and beeswax. After allowing this finish to cure, our products are buffed with carnauba wax for protection and lustre.
How do I take care of my pen?
To keep your pen in top condition, please do not leave the nib in the pen when storing, since this area can trap moisture and lead to rust.
The natural oils in your hands will enhance the wood surface, giving nib holders a nice patina over time. If the wood begins to feel dry, which can occur from excessive exposure to sun or water, use a little paste wax or furniture polish to restore the sheen and condition.
What types of nibs will fit my pen?
Standard calligraphy nibs found at your local art retailer or online supplier will fit your pen.
