We only accept returns on products that we sent in error or products that were damaged in shipping.
We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receipt of the item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will sent you a shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Tariffs, Duties, Taxes and VAT
Any of the above charges can be added to your package upon it's receipt in your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost you paid for your order.
Please understand that Night Owl Woodturning is not responsible for these charges. If you should decide not to pay these charges, Night Owl Woodturning will not accept your package back.
Damaged Packages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective/damaged or if you received the wrong item(s). This way we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Unreturnable Products
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your package and issue your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card.
